Where are your treats from?
Our treats are made fresh in Singapore, in our home-based kitchen, remodeled and renovated to fit a dedicated area for Holler For Tidbits!
Are your treats human-grade?
All ingredients are human-grade unless otherwise stated!
You are home-based, why can't your treats be cheap?
While we are home-based, we still aim to provide good quality of treats and not just using meats that are sourced as cheap as possible. For example, our GG (AnXin) chicken cost almost 3 times more than a normal frozen chicken. It is also because we are home-based, that we can try to keep the final pricing reasonable despite the high quality of the meats.
Also, treats that contains vegetables and fruits have higher moisture loss (apart from more work in processing), even though the volume doesn't change hence you will actually get more in terms of quantity to make up for the weight loss (example, 40g of pure beef may have 10 pieces vs 15 pieces that are mixed with vegetable/fruit), which explains why they are slightly higher priced.
Why does your prices fluctuate sometimes?
As we are a small home-based kitchen, our profit margin is very lean because we cannot afford to order supplies in bulk (possibly cheaper rates), and we chose to simply not get the cheapest available supplies around but focus on the quality and origins. Hence when the rates increased, we are unable to absorb them, which happens regularly with vegetables, fruits and seafood. In return, we will drop the prices as and when we can.
Why are the treats only good for six months from manufactured date?
For freeze dried treats, they are usually good for years if remain sealed in mylar bags, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Six months timeline is for a general guide. However for opened bags, it's recommended to finish as soon as possible as no preservatives are added.
How do I store the treats?
For freeze dried treats that comes with resealable mylar bag, they would store best as is. For all treats, please store them in airtight containers or bags. It is also recommended to store the treats in fridge and/or freezer to maintain the best quality.
Some freeze dried treats such as vegetables, fruits and yoghurt based will get soft very quickly due to the high moisture content before freeze drying, hence acting as "super sponge" and reabsorbing moisture much faster. It is highly recommended to feed them as soon as possible, unless storing in fridge/freezer.

Do you offer free delivery?
For orders above $80 (after any discounts), we do offer free doorstep courier delivery.
What shipping options do you have?
For default, we have doorstep courier service available. We also provide mailbox delivery via SingPost for smaller orders due to size limit. This will also provide a cheaper delivery rate option if you have a smaller order and can't hit the minimum for free delivery, at $3.50 versus $5 courier.
How many days will it take to reach me?
We will process and ship out your order in two working days after payment has been made, and delivery will take another one to three working days to reach you, depending on the courier.
Ordering
Can I make more than one order and merge them to be qualified for free shipping?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so unless your payment mode is via Paynow or PayLah. As there are platform and credit card charges that goes by both percentage and one time fee/per order.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your payment is made via credit card, we will be unable to edit your order. However, we can cancel the order, and you'll be able to reorder as the credit card and platform charges will not be refunded to us accordingly if your new total amount is lesser, and there will be another one time fee for 2nd payment made if required.
As we are a small scale home based business with very lean profit margin, it will be difficult for us to absorb the fees in the long run. We would be very happy to accommodate any changes to your order or to merge two orders to hit free delivery if your payment mode is Paynow or PayLah. Thank you for your understanding!
